Ryan & Espo make a bet 2. Castle Investigations worms it's way into the 12th on a case. Ok we need a thread for this. Thanks to all of my friends here for the concern.I'm feeling fine now. It took a while for that artery to clog and was coincidental that the chest pain started around the time of the episode. Sadly I'm not taking season 8 that seriously. Yet! I am having some trouble with this new mythology and seemingly new direction of the show. From reviews around the net so are some others. AH and TPW still have my trust and I'm hoping they put Caskett back on track real soon. That pic of Stana and the bike is close to my heart though! |

Hi guys!! Im new to the board. I've been a Castle fan since S1, ep 1, and being completely honest - Im a bit addicted! Needless to say XX had me beyond devastated. I havent even been able to watch any reruns! I think there was great character regression for Kate and Im not loving the idea of seeing Rick "win" her back. I also cant reconcile a "fun" episode next week. Those last 2 minutes of that ep, to me, were so unnecessary and uncharacteristic. There are other and better ways to shake things up. Im very leary about anything the showrunners promise us now, too many unfullfilled promises were made this summer.
Bitter much?? Lol. I guess time will tell but my patience is thin. Trying to remain hopeful...

They seem to be saying that we'll be satisfied by November sweeps but I'll believe it when I see it. I think this was a giant misstep on their part and hope they can set things right...but we'll all have to just wait and see. This board is the perfect place if you are suffering (and yes, this week it feels more like suffering) with a Castle addiction. But we're all here to help one another through the dark times and hopefully, get back to the Caskett love we all tune in to see. So look around, jump in wherever you'd like and have some fun. I don't know how many people here have tumblr accounts, but if you do, please follow writingonthecastlewalls. She provides excellent analysis of why she believes Kate did what Kate did. I don't always agree with everything, but she is always well reasoned and persuasive. Check her out. You will feel better.
