Finally completed the original series of Charmed and I'm still none the wiser as to who Billie was supposed to be. I really liked the final episode where it had a good mix of humor and a need to get things changed so that there was a future for the "charmed ones". And the way that was done I liked. It didn't feel 'tagged' on just to appease the fans but flowed as they wrote in the Book of Shadows. I still don't know who the little girl was who closed the door the way Prue could but appeared to be one of Piper's grandchildren. It was also sad that whatever had gone down behind the scenes could not be worked out so that Shannen could have made an appearance in the final episode. Also discovered that one of our channels was doing a rerun of Castle S8 (first time it's been done I think) and the ones that recorded was interesting because it was as though I had never seen them! There was one on a ship which I assume had something to do with drugs, one with a Russian connection, another Espo episode (but only the last 30mins recorded) which looked interesting. I have yet to watch Blame Game which I enjoyed the 1st time. The others either didn't record properly or there was no way I was gonna watch, especially the last episode. The line that Beckett liked being broken still grated, why we had Hayley and the computer guy except to cause trouble between Rick & Kate was still annoying. What is interesting for me is that there are snippets on YouTube of Charmed which talks about the bts but for fans the actors still did their jobs well enough that you still believed they were sisters. For me, too bad that our cast could not do the same so that whatever went wrong did not interfere with what they were paid to do... B  |

Has anyone been watching Accused? We saw 3 or 4 episodes and have already quit it. It has a totally separate story every week with different people. Well, one week much to my surprise, Shawn Ashmore was starring, but I just found out it was actually his twin brother, Aaron! I didn't even realize he had a twin brother! Just fun facts...

ibmjas, I saw the promo and thought that was Shawn too! I did see somewhere that he had a twin, but I didn't know his twin was also an actor. We haven't watched Accused. Actually, we're thinking of checking out The Company You Keep which just began on Sunday on ABC. It stars Milo Ventimiglia who played Jack on This Is Us. But as this show appears to be about spies, I'm guessing it's a very different role.

We watched The Company You Keep. We enjoyed it. I really like Milo, but it is definitely a different role. Can't recommend The Accused though.

I have watched Accused. It is different. They have people from other shows as each episode is a different story. When I get a TV working again I will check out The Company your keep. My TV died last weekend...

My daughter and I watched The Company You Keep and really enjoyed it. Milo V is very charming. We'll definitely keep watching. Also, we're loving the new Magnum PI now that it's moved to NBC. It's such a fun show, and made even better now that our favorite couple has gotten together. |

I enjoy both of those shows. I also started watching The Ark about a group on a spaceship headed to a new planet for earth to continue as our planet is now not able to sustain life...
Looking forward to season 2 of Reacher on Amazon.

The Company You Keep is my favorite new show. Jon Huertas directed the most recent episode. His directing seems to be as good as his acting. It won't surprise me if directing becomes his main work.

Is anyone else watching Nancy Drew on the CW? It just began its 4th and final season. It's such a fun show and has more than one great couple to root for. Fair warning, it has the core characters from the books but is more supernatural and takes some fun and intriguing turns. Last night's episode was pretty amazing. It was a pivotal one for the fan-favorite couple. And on the upside, my daughter loves it and is quite the shipper, so we get to watch it and fangirl over it together. |

I just saw Magnum PI is canceled - again. Sigh... Probably gone for good this time. Sorry if this was posted elsewhere. I'm out of town and having to use my phone. Much harder to get around and figure out where things are!

Watching a new show on the CW called Wild Cards. Reminds me of Take Two. The girl is a con artist/small time thief; the guy is a demoted detective who is
assigned to the maritime patrol. Apparently he was set up from some kind of drug bust. The premise of the premiere episode is if she helps solve a series of high-end art thefts that she will get charges against her dismissed and he will be recommended to be promoted back to detective. They solved the case (of course) so they are assigned to work together for a 2-month probationary period.
Premier episode there were references to Bones and Castle; the girl comments to the guy that they're working together like Castle and the hot cop.🙂
