I was absolutely POSITIVE I started and Arrow thread on this board. But I can't find it. So, I'm starting another one. My other guilty pleasure, next to Castle. I am a recent convert, but loved marathon-watching, and am caught up. Ready for the premiere and all the drama that is sure to ensue with the finale being the catalyst! Good stuff! Not my beloved Castle & Kate, but I am a seriously serious OLICITY SHIPPER! NOT SORRY! They are dynamite and cute as buttons! Anyone else? RH, yes, love your Avatar!  |

OK....so I watched S1 of Arrow and I must admit that Stephen Amell on the salmon ladder has to be one of the hottest things on TV! Not that I'm shallow where Stephen Amell and Nathan Fillion are concerned.  
So, finding this gem of a pic on Twitter today made my less than spectacular day at work much better! Again, not that I'm shallow.

I know right??? The only thing missing is Han Solo! I seem to remember discussing the "who shot first" scenario on the old board. Can't for the life of me think what it was in relation to. |

The heart wants what the heart wants. They are just going to have to be extra vigilant where her safety is concerned. And I'm going to say yes to the monogamy. And I'm going to say yes to the monogamy. I may be wearing rose-colored glasses, but choosing to think the best of our Emerald Archer. Well...I fear for Felicity in both realms. I trust these show runners (at the moment) but Arrow has been pretty agnsty up till now, and as we all know too well, it doesn't seem like TV writers know how to write "couples" for any length of time. Oliver has been a brooding loner this whole series up to this point. The whole Olicity fanbase collectively orgasmed at the end of last season, like the producers knew they would...but I think that was just a momentary reward. This season will start out with them as a couple, but I worry how long it will last. The fans that love Arrow for reasons other than Felicity will become short tempered if the show turns into Oliver rescuing Felicity every week. And the quickest way to return Oliver to the brooding vigilante is for something to happen to her. That's kind of cliché, but not past TV writers, as we all know. |
