Thanks for sharing that, Hornblower. I agree that it's a very good assessment.

Shapeshifting...now there's a storyline ... OMG! FRINGE! Did you watch that show? I ADORED Fringe! I miss Walter! And "Aspirin". I mean, Astrid. Or ... Astro. Lol. Fringe was great. Was nice to see Lance Reddick in Hollander's Woods.

And I've watched the entire episode now.
Gotta wonder how indeed Caleb kept getting into the Loft.

"In Zen there is a story about a Zen master who gets the question how to get one - in a glass ball with a tiny opening - fattened goose out of the bulb without breaking this glass vase and also without killing the goose. The Zen master calls loudly, "He's out, he's out!". With words you can think of everything, including that which simply is not possible. The Zenmaster showed that.
The whole Castle show was for 8 years unreal in fact. Never seen two people who were each week nearly killed by drowning, by bullets, tigers, poisons and still saved New York and the world a couple of times. The famous writer, who turned out to be only stupid and not so funny, was in fact rather intelligent and a good shot.
The continuity in the show was also not always perfect.
So let's not forget this was not a documentary of some real lives. Castle asked a lot of suspension of disbelief from its viewers. The term suspension of disbelief or willing suspension of disbelief has been defined as a willingness to suspend one's critical faculties and believe the unbelievable; sacrifice of realism and logic for the sake of enjoyment.
Well, with a good heart there was a lot to enjoy!

See this forum is a fount of knowledge and new things to experience! No, I never watched Fringe but now I've got to go check that out.... I actually came across the concept of shapeshifting one summer when I got into animal totems because I first had a baby wood duck cross our lawn (we don't live near any body of water or habitat that wood ducks live in typically) and then had a fox and her kits born near our driveway and got to watch the goings on, with the fox and kits traversing a small field right in front of us a couple times like it was no big deal.... Fox Totem
Thanks for the laugh, castlekat, shutterbug5269 and ProudTVJunkie!!!!!

Love me some Broyles! Fringe is one, like Castle, I would find myself watching again somewhere down the road. Every character I enjoyed!

Thanks for the laugh, castlekat , shutterbug5269 and ProudTVJunkie !!!!! OH MY... friend, yes! Fringe is amazing! VERY cool show, and I fell in love with EVERY character, which is rare! You can't help but love them! I am wholeheartedly encouraging you to check it out! I binge watched the entire series last summer. It ended, and I wanted more. The story was basically finished, ended beautifully, but I just enjoyed the characters so much that if it continued, I was in it til the end. Great TV!
