Thanks Nathanfan1 for posting this interview. We never hear much from Susan. I liked the interviewer's idea about Castle movies in the future. I think that Terri and Andrew were hoping for this also.

She talks about Castle towards the end of the interview. I was shocked to hear her say when Castle ends she thinks they should ride off into the sunset - in opposite directions! She thinks Beckett's personality is a little murky whereas Castle's is whimsical and she doesn't think Beckett would be able to put up with him for long. Mother knows best? I doubt this happens but you never know. Their marriage seems pretty dysfunctional. I really expected Susan to be a shipper! |

Susan never wanted to see them get together. She said as much at the Paley Festival I attended. I think she enjoyed her spots in the loft with her"son" and "granddaughter". She realized that she would lose screen time when they got together.
