I'm afraid that I'm also drawing a blank on the name of the episode. I think it was season 7, perhaps the first half of the season. I definitely know the answers to the questions though! This is actress Krista Allen and she did end up being the murderer in this episode. It involved a movie or TV show in some way and her husband was thought to be the killer first. Nathan most definitely took an interest in this guest star!  They dated for about a year and just recently broke up this winter. |

Hmm. With the questions answered it dawns on me why I don't know the answer at first.
I never completely finished watching one or two episodes in Season 7.
Could it be Last Action Hero? (Ep 9 Season 7)

You're so right, Tycho. The last 2 seasons I bet I've only watched a handful of episodes more than once. Part of that is just a busy life but the passion that drove me to watch over and over has long been gone.
