I adore how Nathan can play with kids! I'll let someone else have a crack at this one.

Since no one else has jumped in on this one, I'll go ahead and answer it.
Season 7, episode 4, Child's Play.
Castle went into a second grade classroom to try to find a child who might have witnessed the murder they were investigating. One of the little girls asked him to have a tea party with her and Castle thought she might be the witness so he dressed up and played along. It was really a precious scene!
It turned out that the girl's troubles were tied to being bullied and she was not the witness, but Mrs. Ruiz, the teacher, was impressed that Castle won the little girl's trust and so she began to be more supportive of him.

Yup that's the one. Only real men can wear fairy wings and have imaginary tea parties.
