WOW! I am totally stumped you guys! I can't place that scene at all. It's a busy weekend with the holiday so I won't be able to do any research for a bit either. Hopefully, someone else recognizes it.

Is it bad I know the answers but was waiting to see if someone else could correctly identify things?
Season 7 Ep 5 - Meme is Murder
1. I believe Kate and Rick are celebrating Castle's upcoming web-mercial for "Raging Heat"
2. It comes back to bite them because the suspect in the case snaps a photo of them and then uses it to "discredit" the NYPD, "NYPD is on the case. Feel safe New York? You shouldn’t. I’m not done."

Yup, that's the one. When I posted this I wasn't sure of the answer but the next day TNT aired it so I didn't have to go back and find the answer. Good for you, Tefla! I had no clue. Like Tycho, I just haven't watched the later seasons nearly as much as I did the first 4.
