Answers:
1. Alexis and Kate are fist bumping because Kate has done the impossible and beaten Rick at Scrabble.
2. Other people in this scene are Castle and Martha.
I will leave out the episode/season thing for someone else to guess. ^-^

My Scrabble Board not as sophisticated as Beckett and Castle's ... but I had fun making it when the 12th was still around.
