You know this is been like a really bad sitcom when they have to use the laugh tracks in order to get a response from the audience I really can't see the separation lasting too much longer ...I just hope castle comes clean and tells Beckett the truth. |

Disappointed in SP2. First off why is it that the first time they are talking about LA is the morning after or possibly days later. Ok, I'll let it go since its so we see it, but i certainly hope they dont drag that convo out and have him waffle about telling her. We probably wont hear about it again until the end, if then.
I also hate the sneaking like teenagers, like who is Martha going to tell? Does she know LokSat? Was disappointed in her dedication. Would have liked loving words from Martha, but putting Castle down is a theme of the women in his life this season.
Im also tiring of all the redos of classic eps. From the hiding from Martha to the blowing of her hair off her face.
To me, i couldnt be more disappointed in AH and TPW who have written some wonderful episodes in seasons past.

I feel that this one is the game changer. It's either the one that puts them on the same page or tears them apart. And we know that is not going to happen, so lets hope they get this right. OH by the way, did the you see the picture of Haley talking to Castle. She has the "Beckett" look now. Like I said, lets put the brakes on this feeble separation and bring this show back do whatever it takes to make the final 7 episodes the best they can be. I am looking to forward to see how they are going handle things. And still hoping that Vicki is a scumbag. But to tell you the truth, I am wondering who LokSat is and if Castle or Beckett or both have met the guy or gal.

I had much the same reaction to Peek 2 as castlefan8 did.
It seems ridiculous that Castle and Kate had absolutely no contact throughout the LA trip. They've talked on the phone in other episodes so they certainly should have done so with such an important issue at stake.
I also don't buy the hiding from Martha. I'm sure she knows too but it's so lame to even act like it's necessary. I didn't mind the dedication of the book so much.
As Kman said, let's just hope that we finally get a turnaround this time and leave this whole separation behind in the dust for good.

I think on the Promo Kate says something to the effect that she has had enough of something and Rick says he has too. I look forward to that exchange and see what the heck is going on. Is she leaving the Rabbit Hole? Is he coming clean? Separation? is she tired of Police Work? If nothing else, we have learned to expect the unexpected on this show. But we have been disappointed so many times this season that I won't even hazard a guess.
