My computer crashed. So today I had to purchase a new computer. All my files are totally gone. No way to retrieve them. All my castle videos. I cried like a baby today.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Buy a cloud service or multiple external hard drives to store a backup of your material. Your Castle videos are still on You Tube aren't they? They will live on hopefully.

Those are the only ones. Now its going to be awhile before I can make another video. The shame of it all. However, I did get a system that has a better graphic card.

If you take the crashed computer to a repair shot they should be able to pull your files from the heard drive for you.

Not always but it is worth a try. We have Data Doctors here that does a great job. I wouldn't try Best Buy Geek Squad unless there was nothing else around.
I guess I had assumed you already tried to get the files back from an expert somewhere.

Old files was found today. As we speak they are being transferred to a portable hard drive.
