Why I think it's important that Castle go to L.A. with Haley

Pleas bear with me here.
Castle will apparently be going to Los Angeles with Haley and Alexis to track down the missing pieces from his disappearance and I can come up with at least two reasons why it is important that he have Haley along as his backup instead of Kate this time.
1.) Hayley is not emotionally involved with Castle or his disappearance. As such she will not be as distracted by what Castle is going through and he needs somebody with him who can be objective. Kate is not objective when it comes to this subject, nor is Alexis. They need someone who is objective to have their backs and keep them on task.
2.) Castle will need to process what he learns and come to terms with it before he tells Kate about it. Make no mistake he will tell her. Hayley is discreet and will not spill his secrets, thus allowing Castle to tell Kate in his own time.
I know we are all sentimental about the last trip to L.A. especially considering Kate was with Josh at the time and they couldn't be together then, but unfortunately the nature of their fake separation would make this impossible. As far as Kate is concerned, she CANNOT be seen with him on the flight, nor can they be seen at the hotel. I hate the separation arc too, but until they end it, this is what we are left with, it wouldn't make sense to do that here. (though I imagine she will have flashbacks to the last time he took a long flight without her)
No, it isn't the return to Los Angeles for Caskett we would all have liked, but this is a small price to pay to have Castle's disappearance FINALLY put to bed for good.
