I liked the episode as a lighter one before the next, serious episode. But one thing bugged me. Why couldn't Castle have actually understood the woman speaking French? We have Beckett speaking Russian in several episodes. Is it so unlikely that Castle, having attended several private schools, including at least one prestigious boarding school, would have taken French starting in grade school? And don't both Nathan and Stana speak French?

I've just seen a clip of the man supposedly speaking with a "Geordie" accent. How insulting to the British viewers! It's even worse than the supposed English accent of the supposed British policeman in the Limey episode! Was he part of the English as a second language class?! I thought Dick van Dyke was appalling with his "cockney" accent many moons ago but this really takes the biscuit.

I thought it was more of a Scottish dialect? Someone tweeted that Toks was from somewhere where they spoke in this dialect? We have no idea LOL Sent from my SM-N910V using proboards

Well Tycho I think she went to boarding school in England but she certainly wouldn't have picked up the Geordie accent at one of those. I gather she's Nigerian/Norwegian and born in Lagos but I do like her take on the English accent. Pity, alas, more Brits don't speak as well as she does.
