You guys do know that a "person of interest" is not necessarily classified as a "suspect" right? there are usually several that need to be eliminated from the pool of potential suspects.
Any one of the main characters (including Alexis and Martha) could be connected to a murder without actually being involved in it. Castle was a "person of interest" in the murder of Allison Tisdale in "Flowers For Your Grave" and again in season 3's "A Deadly Affair" and everything turned out okay.
He was only an all out suspect in "Probable Cause" and his own kidnapping in "Driven"
Almost every episode of Castle has at least 3 or 4 persons of interest before they get the real killer so let's not freak out. Wasn't Kate supposed to be moving back into the loft in episode 16? Does that not constitute a life change?
Okay... when exactly have I become the voice of reason again??? LOL

It was actually more the part about a possibly significant life change that makes me think it might be Espo. Since he and Lanie split, and also with Ryan starting a family, there have been moments here and there that he seems like he's been thinking about his life. The other person that I could most see fitting into that scenario is Alexis. And what do you mean, again? Haven't you always been the voice of reason around here?  |
