Hi everyone
I love that scene but at the same time it's sad to watch as it only goes to show that we could have been watching a happily married, crazy in love couple having 'lunch breaks' 'nap time' etc. IF the 2 leads wanted to spend as little time as possible together in the same scene at the same time, then surely Kate's new position as Captain with its added responsibilities would have ensured that she would spend more time at the precinct and be required to attend meetings away from the precinct? Together with Rick working as a PI or shock, horror, doing research for a new book?? To keep them separate and then only occasionally see them having breakfast or a meal or such a scene as this sneak. What I also love about that scene is how comfortable, at least to me, Nathan & Stana appear to be and I love hearing Stana rather than Kate very briefly in that scene.
I look forward to reading whether another scene such as this is in this episode.
