End of 8x08 - an apologize to the fandom?

We have been speaking about how the showrunners have not yet assumed they might have chosen the wrong way for this season, but as I was rewatching the end of 8x08 a thought crossed my mind: imagine that Kate's speach is a speach from the showrunners to the fandom. " You were right. Everything that you said, you were absolutely right. Our breakup could have been a cover so that we could bring down Locksat together.....so let's do it." Doesn't it fit perfectly? And after stating that they never intended to hurt us, they even plead: "Please don't make me (us) do it without you"! :-)

I like your way of thinking, but by the silly, "fun" and "dynamic" interviews we continue to get, Im going to have to go with a no here. I honestly dont think AH and TPW think they have misstepped at all.
Like i said, great thought tho. Lol
