www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/castle-bosses-break-down-beckett-843494Is Alexis still living at the loft? We know Martha has her own place now. So they should be free to stay at the loft together without "the public" knowing right? It sounds like we will get the first and last scenes every week now with them in bed or at the loft together but the rest of the episode they will be apart?

I wondered about Alexis' and Martha's knowledge, too!!! Good thinking, Tycho, about CASKETT-available loft--possibly?!

I'm cautiously optimistic about what we'll see when the show returns from the break.

I sure hope that Alexis and Martha know the thruth. I don't know about Alexis, since I think she still lives at the loft and she's helping at the PI office if they'd be able to keep her out of it. Martha, however... Castle could keep her out of it by pretending to take her advice.

And seeing how they were both suffering for Castle with the break up I hope they find the thruth. Maybe a scene like 5x01, but this time Martha checks the closet :-)

(and she does) I'm not saying she would outright lie to Martha, but she knows how to keep a confidence and she is adept at following her father's lead. It is much easier with Martha not living in the house, though.

Tell the Show Runners they have a 1.1 demo. So much for their vision. Sugar coat that. They should be fired. LokSat should have been the 2 Parter....was it worth ruining the show over? Losers. The more I re-watch things, the more steamed I get. They are guppies swimming in the shark infested waters of network television. They clearly were not qualified for this much responsibility.
I mean seriously the two are still separated....and may be till the end. 14 shows left kids. I am not seeing the happy ending. This show deserved better management than what they have. Amann did the best job of incorporating all the characters into the scripts. They should have let him stay.
I mean, many of us do not understand Kate Beckett and this infatuation to save the world. If she knew she hadn't changed, she never should have gotten married.

Hi everyone
Just wanted to say that Hawley, like Marlow should not do interviews. This latest interview just sounds like he is writing stuff that appeals to him. I have read elsewhere speculation that this direction is leading up to writing the character of Beckett out of the series and continuing in some way with Castle PI.

I think Alexis still lives at the loft. As was demonstrated at the law firm, I believe Alexis would prove quite useful to Rick and Kate as they attempt to keep up their ruse and I have full confidence in her discretion because exposure would mean the entire family will be at risk. This isn't 5x01 because Alexis witnessed her father marrying Kate.
As for the show runners, they cannot admit defeat. The season isn't over yet. They may still pull it off and leave fans happy by the finale or back to square one with a clean slate line season 7's ending. Worse case they can say they wanted to shake things up and bring new material to the series but it didn't work out.
If they they publicly say they goofed up the first half of season 8, they risk everything. They will irk TPTB at ABC. They risk losing casual viewers and those who may be watching the earlier seasons. Why should they continue to watch when the current show runners say that season 8 isn't any good? But, IMO, they risk losing advertisers who will negotiate down. Why should they pay more for a show in 3rd place that is admittedly terrible? Why would they trust the show runners to get it right for the second half of the season? Sure, the die-hard fans will cheer but then what?
There's no upside to say anything other than it's going to make sense and be a lot of fun if fans will stick around to see.

And Kate needs to tell her side of the story to explain why she did what she did and please apologize...The Agency would be the best place to tell them for security reasons.
