Lots of conflicting feelings out there on this show for me. I'm thoroughly enjoying it, but it does have me scratching my head just a mite. Going to keep watching and see if my feelings get resolved.
Not sure who the mole is. Thought I had it figured out, just second-guessing myself.
Jane is in an eternal state of doubting herself, knowing who to trust, and wants to remain loyal to the FBI and her brother at the same time. What a mess.
Weller is all over the place. He doesn't know what he wants. Well, he does, but.... lol... smh....
Can I just say how much I love Patterson!? She's the bomb.com and I have to say I'm liking her with the doc. Bless her heart, she is really trying to let go of the guilt she has over David. I do love her.
Anyway, lots of questions. Time will tell.

YOU ARE RIGHT! I DID miss the last episode! And now NBC won't unlock it so I can watch! Blacklist, too! I am thinking they won't unlock either of them until after the winter hiatus. Oh mercy. lol.... Thanks, Tych! I guess I'll catch up in January.

I'm surprised they have locked the episodes? I would check other sites.

Episodes are usually locked for a week. If you have cable/satelite/fios, you can use your account log-in to get access to it. If not, you have to wait a week for it to become available to the general public.

SPOILERS ALERT (if you haven't seen the latest episode, STOP reading now!)
The mole was exactly who I expected for several weeks now. Poor Paterson. The girl has no luck in love. All I can say is that she better survive because she is my favorite character!
I really expected Naz or Weller's pregnant ex-girlfriend to die, but neither of those things happened. I also thought that Shepherd or Jane's brother would bite the dust and neither of those happened either.
I'm really curious to see what Jane does with her brother going forward. It is a unique twist.

This will probably be the last time that I offer an opinion because all I do is complain and I feel that is unfair to everyone here who enjoys this series. However for me, this second series has now made Jane a complete victim and I find that even more difficult to watch. People who are supposed to love her and only want what's best for her refuse to tell her everything so that she can make an informed decision for herself. I also dislike the fact, although I've yet to see the episode, where Patterson has lost yet another boyfriend, given the guilt that she felt over David, just soo cruel for me. All I want to know is why Weller was chosen and why Taylor? Whether I see that answer for myself , if it is actually known to the writers, or whether I simply read it, I have yet to decide.

B. I agree that the show feels darker and the characters more desperate this season. Given the decision Jane makes and what she does with her brother in the winter finale, I'm hoping she becomes a little more empowered. I am looking forward to seeing where the rest of the season goes, but I may be a lot less happy depending on Patterson's fate.

I was clearly wrong in a couple of things that I thought were going to go down. This changes everything. And yeah, quit messing with my Patterson. She's my fave. Dang. Can't wait til this returns. I'm unsure of the date, but I do know it's this month! Thankfully! LoL! Looking forward to Blacklist returning, too.

@kat - Blindspot returns tonight! 1/4 My goodness, you should've seen me & hubs like wild people trying to get our rabbit ears to pull in Blindspot once I saw this! As it was, we missed half of it. Came into it with Patterson on the table. You know what I mean. Just wow. SO, now, I'm thinking I have to wait until after next week's ep to watch this full first episode from last night, as it won't appear online til a week & a day later. Stinks! But, THANK YOU for the head's up! AND, furthermore, I now know, because of a commercial, that Blacklist returns tonight! *squee* I'll be ready to chat next week about both Blindspot episodes once I catch up with the remainder of last night's. Stupid cable bill being so high -- hubs decided that was something we could live without now that Castle's over. lol... We still watch other shows, but dependent on the websites to watch them after the air. Such a pain. But livable. Okay, thank you!

I'm so happy the Patterson came through it all okay and that she's proven to be stronger and smarter than just about anyone else on the team. But the poor woman has horrible luck when it comes to love! It's just not fair.
It was also good to see Weller have Jane's back when it came to her brother. Also, I wasn't sure about Naz in the beginning (although I like the actress from The Good Wife), and now I'm hoping she'll be back.

Thanks PTVJ & Kat for those comments. Despite what I have previously said about not giving any further opinions, I liked the fact that Jane has dreamed of a life with Weller & her brother. I also actually enjoyed the episode where they went undercover.

You still watching Lincoln?
I'm finding it to be very intriguing. The tattoo mysteries are getting more complex, and well, not sure who to trust. I, personally, don't feel a sci-fi vibe. What's happening on the show could be plausible with or without sci-fi, so I'm going with it. Additionally, the suspension of belief necessary hasn't been too over the top.
Character development is consistent. I have always really liked Patterson, and she has grown to be my favorite. There are a couple with whom I remain suspicious as to if they can be trusted. There is a great deal of fleshing out that I'm sure will be explored and great potential is in store for every character.
I'm enjoying the reveals every week. Keeping me guessing.
