I've been meaning to throw this question out there and am finally getting to it. It bugs me that Kate has just vanished with no reference to where she is living. We've had no indication that Lanie's involved, nor any mention of her dad. I know she has the money to get a place of her own but on such short notice, I wonder what would be available. There's also the question of whether or not she'd be willing to sign a lease.
Theories?

I think she is living in the tent that Castle was living in for the 2 months...
How about the Queen Mary? They did film on that??
Interesting that they have just omitted this information.

Maybe her and Vikraim are sharing a place. In a weird way, it would make sense with their working together.

I'm guessing this arc is too short to really address her living arrangement but if I had to guess I would say she's living by herself because if anyone is with her (eg her father) she risks getting them killed.
Of course living by herself risks getting her killed but for whatever reason there's a lull in hunting her and Vickram. They've really painted themselves in a corner with this plot line.
