This is one of the most hurtful fallouts from this separation arc - beautiful videos like this one and great fan fics are all meaningless for me right now. I'm jaded when it comes to any of Kate's previous loving promises. I have a strong sarcastic reaction.
This is such a bummer because the Caskett videos and fics have always been such a source of pleasure for me.
sigh .............

Now, everything Rick does justifies Perlmutter's opinion of him instead of being that cute 9 year old on a sugar rush. Every misstep, every taking Beckett down a peg, every disregard for the past led us to where we are today. My beloved show ended at 6x22. That show continues in fanvids with the help of some new material from newer episodes. Maybe, down the road, the ship will right itself and I can continue to watch this show after the series ends by skipping the episodes I dislike.

You nailed it, Java. "None of the songs make sense." I have 3 CD's that I listen to in my car of favorite songs from Caskett vids and now, almost every song has me talking back and being sarcastic. I feel so cheated.
