I'm not against a sexy outfit but I think we'd all rather see one on Beckett (especially if she's having a romantic time with her husband!) instead of Alexis.
Maybe it's just me but I feel like they are trying way too hard to convince us that Alexis is all grown up.

Uhhhh....seriously? First we have Kate disrobing to her lovely black bra....then we have Alexis in this Frederick's of Hollywood getup? Are they getting revenue from product placement here? Just think, maybe Castle will disrobe to some fashion underwear ...yes, I know a lot of you will like that  , but I feel like quality is being shoved aside for over abundance of absurdity... to what purpose? winning over a younger demo? I am no prude, but quality wins in my book, not absurdity. I think I better quit now.
I hope I'm wrong...I should have just stayed spree...but maybe it's better to know what's coming.

I have to say that I'm just kind of baffled about how this is all going to seem so normal after Kate made her exit. I guess they've got some s'plainin' to do!
The Alexis getup reminds me of the episode when she attended a comic con with 2 friends and was also scantily clad. It seemed a bit of a shock factor then and it still feels like that now to me. Geeky is one thing but the angel outfit seems like it's meant to communicate a different vibe.
