I think those two better just stay away from Twitter for awhile. I haven't looked but would think we will see things similar to the rage and rants from 623. I had hoped we would see Kaye come back to Rock and tell him everything. "No more secrets" what a line of crap. I will watch but not even the same day. DVR viewing now. How many times does Rick Castle have to win Kate Beckett? It's gotten pathetic. He deserves better and so do the fans.
I don't think a Castle episode has ever made me this sad before.

Everyone knows I'm a Beckett fan. I love Stana's portrayal of Kate, but this...this made me so mad, followed by sad. I know the writers wanted us to feel, but I'm not liking this feeling. I'll be back next week because I can't bear to leave it the way it is now. I'm sad too

*sigh* The "break them up to put them back together" trope again? Seriously???

I think part of the problem here is that so many of us took them at their word when they promised to keep the Caskett love story at the core of the show...and now we feel like lambs being led to slaughter.

Actually they didn't lie. Castle and Beckett relationship is at the core of this season. In one phrase "Becareful of what you wish for" Some fans the very out spoken ones was saying how they should go back to the earlier time in the show. Well, they did. Now we have to see them having cute little eye sex once more, and Beckett little adoring smile, when Castle does something she finds so adorable.
I give this separtion of theirs until Nov, which makes it their first wedding anniversary for them to reunite. The only think I have to say is "The reunion better be scorching hot, worthy of a primetime show"

This is my final word on the subject of our new showrunners.
There had better be one hell of a payoff at the end of this subplot. Something that makes this debacle worth watching, because right now I don't see it. My trust in that is just about zero though.

That interview didn't do much for me and reminds me of how Season 7's 3 month disappearance kept getting pushed back until the end. Explanations didn't match with what I saw but I'm hopeful they can pull off their plans successfully because if they can't reignite the fanbase and bring in more viewers, regardless of how silly the plot devices are to get this series resuscitated, we're done.

Sorry, just not buying this. They really think this is the best way to go with this season? I feel like I'm reading Andrew Marlowe interviews all over again.
"We’re using this to actually put the spark back in"
Really? That's the best they could come up with? The only way to put the spark back is to go through this nonsense?
"The gag that we launch starting in Episode 3 is having Castle figure out different ways to get involved with the cases — because to win her back, he needs to solve cases with her."
As has been mentioned in many other posts and sites, why does Castle have to "win" her back.....again?
Can no one in Hollywood figure out how to write for a happily married couple? Surely they ought to be able to find a way to keep the spark alive without this insanity.
