Here is a little synopsis of "What lies beneath" episode 804. This was the 3 rd episode they filmed but they swapped this one with the one shot after. Looks like they will actually talk a little about Castle's writing. They have kind of gotten away from talking about it more than doing a little typing every few episodes.
