Bracken tells Kate she's "stumbled onto something" that's over her head. I question the word "stumbled." It seems to me that Kate was waiting for that phone call (tele-marketer) to spring into action. She knew this was going down so I don't buy the stumbled unless the first plan/issue leads to something else.

And if she did stumble across something, wouldn't she have told Castle something about it even if she couldn't share all of the details? I don't know. It all feels very strange but I'm trying to keep an open mind until we get the entire story. |
