Imagine my surprise when I sit down for a break at work yesterday and find this on my phone!!! Holy hotness Batman is an understatement! RH, grab the defibrillator!    Happy Arrow Wednesday!! I hope they let them stay like that for a little while at least. Hero and partner at night. Power couple at Queen Consolidated during the day. And at home, practicing to make Olicity babies all the time in between. Be nice to see a little more Olicity sex...since there is such a drought in Castle. I like to see couples being couples. That's why I smile seeing the pillow talk scene in the previews. Sometimes I think Hollywood now only knows how to write shock violence and language and quick sex with no responsibility. Or ongoing, inane reality shows. I would like to think the world is ready to come back a bit and see people who love each other and are committed to each other. |

Liked The Flash last night. Kinda miffed that I didn't get an invitation to Flash Day.
Wells getting Barry's dad out of prison was unexpected and nice...until he told Barry he had to leave. That was abrupt and sad.
Funny Flash is trying to rebuild the city.
Anyway...great start. Looking forward to seeing how New Flash Jay Garrick fits in.

Liked The Flash last night. Kinda miffed that I didn't get an invitation to Flash Day. Wells getting Barry's dad out of prison was unexpected and nice...until he told Barry he had to leave. That was abrupt and sad. Funny Flash is trying to rebuild the city. Anyway...great start. Looking forward to seeing how New Flash Jay Garrick fits in. I need to start this from the beginning. I have the desire to watch, the question is just "when". Okay, will be "back in a flash" (hee hee hee...) to catch up around here. Going to make some tea. Been running like a crazy woman all morning!  |

Hollywood is WAAAAYYYYYYY overdue, as in decades overdue, of writing couples as happy, respectable, respectful couples. Castle was my hope for that. Let's hope the writers of Arrow can nail it. I am not about seeing the sex scenes so much as the pillow talk and romance throughout. Not just in bed. |

How do you know when you are teetering on the edge of obsession...? I think Oliver/Arrow has a continuity issue that has been ignored...or not addressed.  Check out the new Olicity bed scene tonight. No tattoo on the back shoulder. If you have those removed...doesn't that leave scars too? Maybe he had a FAKE tattoo for some reason. Throw off an enemy or something. Well...that gives me something in common with Oliver Queen. Except mine was Hello Kitty. |

Well...that was pretty good premier. A couple of things didn't make great for me, though. • Not feeling it for Damien Dahrk yet. Not a bad enough first impression. • Papa Lance in cahoots? That was a jolt. • Still not feeling the new suit. Something is just off a bit for me. • OK...and this made me laugh... The TV broadcast...(paraphrasing) "The Arrow isn't around anymore...I am GREEN Arrow!" So the viewers are asking "So the new Arrow is more eco friendly? Is that what gives us hope?" As for Olicity... • Loved that Ollie was about to propose with Moira's ring...but kinda cliche that it was interrupted. • Not particularly happy that Felicity was sneaking behind his back. To me in a way it was cheating. It was Oliver's desire to leave the darkness and Felicity's choice to follow him. He wants to get away from the rush, but she just wants more....wants to help her friends find "justice" for her city. Sound familiar anyone? Oliver and Felicity...during their time away, switched roles. She kept her foot in and kept secrets from Oliver. That's sounds familiar too. Note to show runners....don't. Just please don't. • By far the biggest jolt and disappointment of the night was Oliver crying at the hidden tombstone "six months later." I went zero to Castle pissed in three seconds. And vowed, at that moment, to leave the show if that was going to be her. Afterwards I did some investigating and found out that TPTB have not decided who will be in the grave. But someone important enough to make Ollie cry. The odd thing was having Barry there. But I'm pretty sure it will be someone from the Arrow team. They also said it would be permanent. No Lazarus Pit. They sited that to have some resonance, people had to stay dead...something I voiced all last season. It means losing a cast member...but it has emotion. Like Moira and Tommy. I'm hoping it's Laurel. Sad for Papa Lance, though. I'm betting if it's Thea it will be because of something Malcom does. If just better not be Felicity.  But, unlike Castle, I'm actually looking forward to next week - watching actors that actually like each other. |

Well, first off RH, you got an answer to your tattoo continuity issue...  I loved it! Big surprise for me was yes, that Lance is in cohoots! I was like, WHOA! And what's Laurel going to think of THAT!? Agree about Damian. He could've been way more evil. I wanted to say on more than one occassion, "Is that all ya got bad boy?" But, maybe he's starting out slow. lol... Love love LOVED the humor! "Felicity Smoak, you have failed this omelette."... OH, I was rolling! And her awkward comment about slow cookers and their awesomeness not being a bumper sticker yet... ROFL!!!!! They really are beyond adorable together. Watching them I kept thinking how they are just the heavy cream in my coffee after this season with Castle. Her going behind Oliver's back, yeah, too close to home. Equally, the interruption with the ring at the beginning... I even said out loud to my hubs when the doorbell rang, "That would be "Ryan"." Baahahahahahaa! The new eco-friendly version of the Arrow suit, meh. Jury is still out. Dig looks bad-ass. His attitude matches his "suit". I guess I can't blame him. He & Oliver's relationship right now is kind of breaking my heart. Thea is indeed reckless. Which brings me to the grave. I was like, "Wait. Whut?"...Who's grave is THAT, why is Oliver crying, and why is Barry there....? I can say right now, it better not be Felicity. I would be in a ball, in the fetal position in a corner, if that happened. I can't have both of my shows crashing. I am thinking it's Thea. And wondering if Malcom is somehow going to be involved. Will Oliver be part to blame? Were those tears of regret, sadness, guilt, blame, missed opportunity, all of the above? What? And what connection to Barry? And if it's Laurel... will it be because of Lance's apparent alliance with the ghosts? Hmmm..... but why wouldn't Lance be there, then, falling apart? ORRRRRRRRRR, it could be totally a character we haven't even met yet. Geez. And where is Nissa? I thought she was leaving the dark side and going to be teaming up with Laurel somehow...not directly, but as a loyal friend with her assassin experience to help save "STAR City" now.... Agree Moira's ring is cliche'. But it's sweet none-the-less. Hope it doesn't take til the end of the season for the proposal. Maybe they'll give that to us for Mid-Season sweeps. Can't wait to watch again! Looking forward to next week, for sure! |

3 episodes into my quest to catch up and finally meet Felicity! She is such a cutie! LOL
And Diggle knows Oliver's secret already?? Thought they might try to keep that secret for a few more eps!
I need one day to myself so I can sit down and binge watch this! Not sure that is ever gonna happen with the temporary/permanent houseguest I have acquired this summer.

Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards, I think, have Caskett beat with chemistry. At least now, anyway.

Too many are predicting that the grave at the end belongs to Felicity.
Who's death would cause that much emotion in him? Whose death would make him return to the darkness? Whose death would have him want to kill again?
She's the obvious answer. I just hope it isn't the right one.
My trust in show runners is pretty sketchy at this point.
They just better not "fail this fandom."
