Hi All,

Can you believe that tomorrow is the first day of Spring? It felt a lot more real yesterday when it was sunny and close to 70 degrees. A lot less real when I woke up today to 30+ degrees and 15 mph winds. Hopefully, the temps start rising again soon because I want to plant some flowers and put down some lawn and clover seeds soon.

My sister and niece are currently vacationing in Paris, so it's been fun getting their pictures and videos from their trip.

But we had a quiet weekend at home. How was your weekend and how does the week look ahead. Check in and let us know.

Your weather has changed as quickly as it has here! We have done several outside projects during the great warm conditions last week. So, let's hope that Spring's arrival is not trying to make fools of us.

On Saturday we actually mowed the front yard. It gets lots of son and was already growing up too high in patches. Then trimmed some weeds and did some edging. There are lots of bare spots from the dog either digging or peeing, and we have seeds to fill those in, but between the nighttime low temps and the constant wind, I figure we need to wait another week or so for that.

And I bought some outdoor planters and top soil from Costco. They have great sales on garden supplies right now. But again, I think I need to wait a bit before I get that out.

As you might be able to tell, I'm ready for Spring!

I am playing my trumpet and keyboard for the Frustrated Maestros at the National FMCA Rally in Tucson this week. 70’s during the day and mid 40’s at night. My little tower heater keeps the chill off at night and the AC will kick on for the kitties by late afternoon. There are over 1000 RV’s at this event. I am also volunteering for driving carts, working at the RVing Women’s booth, and mentoring new people at the event.
Desert flowers are really showing this week as I drove down from Phoenix. A little rain earlier and the flowers and green desert are amazing to see.

Problem is I'm driving my RV and my cats have not mastered taking pictures while I'm driving...
