Wasn't yesterday [9MAR2009] the premier episode of 'Castle'?

I forgot to post my "Thanks" to all those who made 'our show' possible.

Oh my! I completely forgot! Yes, 3/9/2009 was the premiere of the pilot. I remember all of the commercials that ABC ran for the show. I also remember thinking, "Nathan Fillion, I know him from something." Turned out it was a lot of somethings. I'd seen him on One Life to Live, Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place, and the movie Serenity (which I saw in the theater before I ever watched Firefly.)

And then we recorded Castle and didn't even watch the pilot for another five weeks. Who knew it would bring me such good friends and joy.

I have it on my calendar but I'm Camping with 1 bar of 4g so basically out of touch.

I was waiting for the Premier to air after a book signing and author talk with Stephen Cannell. I know I've told the story on here before.

To this day, I am totally amazed and awed by the community of people that Castle brought together. We watched "our" show with passion and brought it to the boards. Some boards got nasty but out of that came some gems like APFJ.
