Good to see the round tables back. I have to say that this is not a must watch the night it airs show anymore for me. I catch up the next day or week. I enjoyed Angela's family in this one. The show has gotten away from the "Rookie" theme. Now they are promoted in one season? I love the women but now we have much more than we would see in the police force. I really enjoyed the first couple of seasons but now it is just 8 min segments of different people so Nathan only has to work 2 days a week?

Nolan and Bailey competed against one another to pick a wedding locale. Angela learned some disturbing info about Wesley's past, and Lucy got the upper hand on Tim. I've grown tired of Bailey. This is going to sound shallow (I don't care, lol), but Nolan needs a girlfriend a little older and taller. There will never be another Kate, but someone with actual, not forced, chemistry would be good.
I've been suspicious about the DA since his first episode. Dropping the drug case so quickly confirms that feeling for me. There is definitely more to this story. Hopefully Wesley and Angela will come up with more disturbing facts so they can proceed to trial.

I think she may have found the fountain of youth. And I like Bailey, but she and Nolan have no real romantic chemistry. It just feels like they fell into this relationship and they're having fun, so why not get married? I don't mind, since I'm invested in other characters and couples on the show, but if Bailey and Nolan broke up tomorrow, I don't know that I'd care. |

Good to see the round table.
I enjoyed Angela's brothers and I like that we get to see the lives of people in the precinct. I never liked Bailey. She and Nolan have zero chemistry. All they do is compete about everything. I can't believe that is what Nolan is looking for. They portray her as the best and most badass person around. It's unbelievable. I truly loved Grace and Nolan's relationship. I really hope Nolan and Bailey don't get married and I hope she is gone for next season. I really like that these writers are allowing some of the characters to marry and have happy and somewhat complicated lives outside of work. If Nolan gets in a relationship that seems meant to be, I hope the writers allow them to get married.
The whole Ashley thing seemed kind of contrived like it was just to put an obstacle between Tim and Lucy. Maybe this will be the relationship that is constantly blocked to have that romantic tension. I'm also not at all invested in Tim and Lucy but know I'm in the minority.
I'm also not really into Celina but we'll see where it leads.
I don't feel the need to watch the show right away any more. I still watch it within a couple of days.

We don't have a problem with Bailey. We like her and the show this year. Castle and Beckett had the best chemistry ever those first few years. We have never seen anyone else come close so we don't compare anymore. As far as we are concerned, Nolan and Bailey are not any worse or better than any other couples on shows today.
