Richard T. Jones on HGTV show

Last night I watched an episode of the HGTV show Home Town. Richard T. Jones and his wife were in a small Mississippi town to help a potential family in need. They purchased a run -down house for $15,000 and put up the money to fix it up for a total of $75,000.  The man who eventually lived in it was very grateful.
