Happy Valentine's Day!

As Valentine's Day is upon us, I thought I'd start a thread. Does anyone have any plans?

I have presents for my daughter, but my husband and I rarely do anything for Valentine's Day; it's just not worth spending the limited money we have.

We're actually looking forward to the Daytona 500! We're big race fans and our tradition is to get buffalo wings and Coca-cola and just veg out on the sofa and watch the race. So that's our Valentine's plan as they are both on the same day.

Stay inside...terrible ice storm here. Radio reports mentioned dozens of accidents all over the area. Sure pleased that we have no outside plans until COVID-19 second vaccination on Monday at 0920. Sunday is forecast for temps in the 40s and sunny. Should be good-to-go!

A friend invited me to go to an exhibit in town of the Sistine Chapel. We have both been to the actual one at the vatican in Italy. I’m going to grill some wild caught sockeye salmon for dinner. This will happen if my friend gets back her negative covid test. She was exposed last Sunday. She has had her first shot. My test came back negative this morning. The lady who exposed her had also had her first shot. We need to stay vigilant to stay safe.
