I know California has been hit with a big surge like the rest of the country. Sounds like they will have to slow down production for awhile.I saw a news story where a restaurant was forced to shut down. The owner was not happy as she pointed out across the street was a production going on for a TV or movie that was allowed to continue while her business was shutting down.
