How I wish we had Krispy Kreme around here....the picture of that glazed donut is YUMMMMMMY! Oh, they are soooo good! We haven't had a Krispy Kreme in this area in a while. They recently opened one about 20 minutes away but we haven't been there yet. Years back, my husband would have to travel down to Delaware for work, and they had a Krispy Kreme with a sign on top that would light up when they were making the donuts. You could go in and watch the freshly made donuts go under the waterfall of glaze. If you were standing there watching, they frequently offered you a free one right off the line. It was soooo good, you almost had to buy a box to take home. |

My one camping group meet up weekly at Duncan donuts for coffee. Since the covid we have been bringing our camp chairs and sitting outside in the big parking lot next door. There are Krispy Kream donuts here. I don't care for raised donuts unless they have chocolate and are filled with custard. I might stop by this morning at McD's and try one of their new morning items on my way to our weekly coffee. The Wendy's chicken sandwich sounds like dinner.
