That is a very cool picture! It looks like he was looking into a puddle of water and capturing the perfect reflection of the building and sky.

They usually have a water truck on location shoots to wet down the surface area before they film. They love to use the reflections. I talked with a guy about this at a location shoot as it was raining that day and thought they had the truck to make it look the same. He said they use the water truck everyday not just because it was raining. I wondered if they were still doing that with the drought and water restrictions. Guess they are still using the water trucks.
