I've seen all 10 episodes of Absentia season 3! TV Fanatic is posting one review every few hours throughout the weekend, with the last one posting on Sunday.

I’m not sure I will watch this season. I did watch the first episode last night. With the crazy stuff going on with COVID I think I want something that is not so stressful. This series seems to just get off with stabbing, drowning, shooting, and beating up the characters. Yeah I think I might start drinking straight vodka if I was Emily too.

I've watched all ten episodes, and I will admit I found the first few episodes to be pretty dark. I don't want to give too much away, but I will say that this season ends on a more hopeful note than the previous seasons.

Started watching last night, at 1:45 am decided to quit in the middle of ep. 7.  Dark....yup.  Blood and gore...yup.  But with all the twists and turns, I clicked that next episode button as fast as I could.   I'm going to finish watching tonight, then I'll read your reviews Christine.

I am enjoying the episodes. They certainly are dark. I have the subtitles activated constantly because I just cannot always get all that is said - either spoken too quickly or too softly. Therefore, I have 'assistance'. Of course, the problem might be that I may not have really sharp hearing anymore...which is something I hear fairly often. I never miss those comments!

You're missing out on a WHOLE LOT of story and some key personal moments too.

Just finished watching Season 3. The show has gotten better and better each season with a bunch of twists that at times were hard to keep track. It was a bit darker this season, but I love watching Stana as a bad ass gal. Such a opposite character from Beckett, except for the fact that they're both broken and searching for peace. The acting is top notch; the character development of everyone is enjoyable to see. It does seem this season would be the last, but there were a few things left hanging. Was it ever determined why Kerlan wanted Emily's history? I might've missed the reasoning as I was trying to catch up on what happened in that episode. Anyway, hope there is a Season 4.
