I hope they don’t go there. Alexi ruined Caskett. I would hate to see that happen on this show. I like the relationship they have now.

I'd like to see the relationship progress towards romance but not quickly. I think it needs another season or so, that way they are far enough from Tim being her training officer.

The first thing I thought when I saw that article headline was about exactly what was said in the article, about the whole storyline in Season 1 about why ultimately Nolan and Lucy's relationship ended, regarding what happens to a female cop who gets involved with another cop, and that it would be completely negating that whole argument if Lucy and Tim get together. So I think that is going to be a tricky line for the show to walk, as to whether they should go down that road.

I think it was more of an issue starting out as a rookie, as in it made Lucy look as though she was only becoming a cop because her boyfriend was, or she was in it because she wanted to "land" a cop.
I'm sure that cops date other cops. Actually, I know friends of friends who were both NYPD detectives when they got married. So, I think as Lucy's career progresses it should be less of an issue.
