Here is a link to a podcast with Rookie Producer Jon Steinberg. Fascinating to hear how the whole idea and process for getting this show off the ground. I find the behind the scenes stuff fascinating. Alexi was the last show runner to hear the pitch for the show. It was lucky that he had Nathan on board also as I kind of think that was why they got the nod from ABC. 
He is working on a new show called “ Berlin Rules”. I might have to check that out.
