Nice they let you watch early. It must be hard to watch it so late at night and try to write it up and publish by the next day. It would make life so much easier and give you a chance to think about the review before having to slam something out. If they left us on a cliff hanger then I am guessing we will see a season 3.

It would make life so much easier and give you a chance to think about the review before having to slam something out. If they left us on a cliff hanger then I am guessing we will see a season 3. Yes, I wish they always gave us screeners because the show is on at 10pm here and when I review I record it and start and stop it several times to get details and quotes correct, so I may not start writing until after midnight. By the time it's all written, formatted, and posted, it's usually going on 2am. It's funny how my editor hated the way this episode ends but I liked it. I'm curious to see what everyone else think come Sunday night. I'm really hoping that ABC announces renewals/cancellations tomorrow or Friday. I do think the odds are in our favor for a season 3, but it's never a sure thing until the network gives the official word and predictions have been wrong before. Fingers crossed we've got it right this time.

I read that the final is written by Alexi Hadley and directed by Bill Roe. I was hoping that Rob Bowman would direct this episode. He does these real intense episodes so well. He has only directed one episode for the Rookie, The night General back in 2019 in the episode where we saw Dr Grace Sawyer for the first time. It was also the first episode for Nick Armstrong.
