Pandemic Olympics...paper product hoarders found again!

Previously, we had the dog competition event in the 'Pandemic Olympics'.  Well, it seems that some people have decided to train their cats in a similar event as boredom diversion.  Hopefully, the internet police can track down these toilet paper hoards just as they might have done based on the dogs and paper towel portion.
