Former Castle writer creates Home Before Dark

Dara Resnik (formerly Dara Rensnik Creasey) wrote five episodes of Castle

- Bad Santa
- Clear & Present Danger
- Smells Like Teen Spirit
- A Murder Is Forever

She's now the showrunner and co-creator of the series Home Before Dark on Apple TV. If you have Apple TV, definitely check it out. It's a great series (10 episodes). Both my husband and my daughter love it and it has already been renewed for season 2.

I don’t have Apple TV. It didn’t have anything I recognized so I don’t subscribe. This show looks interesting. I am sorry to see Dara and Chad are separated. I know he is working on NCIS New Orleans so that had to make it hard to be in two locations. They wrote a couple of great Castle episodes together.

I'm pretty sure she and Chad have been divorced for a while now. I think they split up before or about the time that Castle ended. I don't think anyone associated with Castle season 8 was happy that year.

Brooklynn Prince is such a powerhouse. If you have the chance to watch Home Before Dark you should check it out.
