I loved the little anecdote about he and his friends having contests on the bus to see who could cry the fastest! I've heard him tell the story of the day he filmed that scene for Saving Private Ryan and when it came right down to it, he kind of froze and couldn't cry. After a little calming pep talk from the director, he was finally able to pull it off beautifully.

I wonder what he has planned for his vacation time this year.
