I'm really thinking this is fake. Temp tats as a lark for his vacation. Since we never see him shirtless how will we know unless he fesses up or takes his shirt off again.

A tattoo of that size would probably take quite a while to complete, maybe even more than one visit, and tattoos tend to be red and puffy for the first few weeks. At least, I'm hoping you're right. |

I agree with the fake or temporary tattoo. I think the mistake flash of the one on the front had him doing this to divert attention, hopefully.
