2019 Early Renewals, Extra Episodes, and Cancellations

CBS has renewed EVIL for a second season.
CBS has giveen full season 1 orders to All Rise, Bob
Abishola, The Unicorn and Carol’s Second Act. (But they have yet to specify how many episodes for each show.)
And NBC has announced they will not be extending Bluff City Law past its 10-episode order. Not a good sign. They aren't calling this an official cancellation but unless ratings rise considerably on the remainder of the episodes shown, it seems clear that's where it's headed.
