Here are some of my thoughts on the episode. I’m afraid the nice beach house and his good friend are going to be gone. I also enjoyed that he had a friend outside of the Dept that he could talk to. Yeah Jessica is on her way out. I was surprised that they were still together after the ending last season. It will be interesting to see if Nolan is better at running since he dropped the extra weight. I wonder who they will get for his new TO?

I agree with pretty much the whole review. I think you're probably on target with most of your observations. I do have a question about Bradford jumping out of that ambulance; I was surprised that he seemed to recover so quickly. Just curious, as I have no idea....is it really possible to recover from anaphylactic shock that quickly?

WooHoo! With the switch to Sunday night, I can watch the show live. I really enjoyed the premier and there were definitely a couple of heart pounding moments. I agree that Nolan's romance seems to be doomed in the long run. I really enjoyed the speech that Nolan gave his girlfriend explaining how he needed to feel everything. Nice delivery Nathan!
I also enjoyed Lucy. She's so resilient. She swallows her pride and takes all the crap but she's always better for it and she doesn't hesitate to act. So glad she called BS on the reporting!
Since Nolan is supposedly a former carpenter, I look forward to seeing what he can do with the house and I like the idea of him having his own space.

We enjoyed the show and the review. A little bit of devil's advocate here.
I don't see Nolan losing his friend because he moved into his own place. Friends support each other no matter who lives where. They can get together and talk anywhere. Besides, they had good rapport together. Are the show runners willing to just let that go??
I liked Lucy calling Bradford out about Isabel. Sometimes, he is so full of himself and can be such a hypocrite.
Sorry folks, but I still like Jessica. The way she handles things may not be your or my way but she is entitled to get through things the best she can. You can't fault her for that. She's been doing the job a long time and has seen a lot. You can't really blame her for developing thick "armor". That being said, I do think Nolan will dump her because HE can't handle her being that way . It's his loss because I feel they are decent together. JMO
