Wow, they basically said that nothing Afton said could be verified. I feel bad for all involved. Too bad they couldn't have sat down and talked this through. I read something yesterday that news would be coming out today about something big. This must be what they were talking about.

Yeah, I once worked in HR. I've seen accusers who lied. I've seen accusers who may have had a moral case but the law or rules simply weren't on their side. And I've also seen witnesses who kept their mouths shut because they feared the consequences to their own jobs if they backed the accuser.
I have no idea where Afton's accusations fall, but the whole thing gives me an uneasy feeling.
