I’m reading Crashing Heat now and have read all the previous Nikki Heat books. I remember that Sharon Hinesburg was killed in a prior book yet now she’s working at the precinct again. Am I crazy? Do you all remember her being killed?

LOL, you're not crazy  She was killed off in an earlier book. Whoever edited Crashing Heat failed to catch the error and it was included in the book. OOPS  |

Yes this was one of the biggest reveals that Tom Straw and the original Castle people did not do this book. Too bad as this would have been fun to see these books continue.

You are not crazy, alirae, but maybe it's better to erase that memory, so that you can continue to enjoy the book . I agree with tycho. No way an author would forget the Sharon Hinesburg storyline that he wrote a few books ago! |

Seeing I have lots of time these days, I am rereading all the Heat novels and thoroughly enjoying them again The demise of Sharon Hinesburg occurs on pages 238-239 in Deadly Heat. She was one of the bad guys!!! |
