OMG! Stana is coming to Lisbon! AXN Portugal (the TV channel that broadcasted Castle and now Absentia) is offering invitations to the Absentia S2 premiere and to meet Stana! The event will be on the 19th March. Now I just have to send a message explaining why I want to meet her and hope they pick me  . I'd say, tell them how long you've been a fan, why you admire Stana, and how much you enjoyed Absentia season 1 and are looking forward to season 2. Good luck! |

Thank you very much for your advices. I'm above all a Castle fan. I like all the cast, but I don't now particularly well any of them. About Stana, she seems to be a kind person and oriented towards the environment and other people, and that can be inspirational. I would definitely love to meet her. If a miracle happens and I do, I will give you a full report, as Fjordmom said , and I will invite her to visit our forum and ask whether we can expect to have anything related to Castle in the future (like a movie or a mini series to give it a proper ending  ). |

Hopefully you will get a chance to meet Stana. She is stunning in person. I think you have a much better chance in your country than here.

So, I have to tell why I want to meet Stana and they will pick the winners based on creativity ...not my strength, but I did my best . The translation for my post is: On the 19th March, with the help of AXN, I'd like to meet three inspirational women. I'd like to tell Beckett how much I admire her strength, her drive and her sense of justice. I'd like to tell Emily how I appreciate her relentlessness and how I root for her. And, foremost, I'd like to tell Stana how I find her inspirational for her kindness, her fun spirit and the respect she shows for other people and cultures. Her love for nature and her fight in defending the environment are also inspirational for us all and set an example for a better world. Thank you AXN for bringing her here! Tycho, you are right. So far, there are surprisingly few posts, a total of about 140 both in facebook and twitter. Who knows? |

So, what would be the most frustrating thing?
How about receiving a message informing that I was one of the 50 winners and asking some personal information to send me the invitation for the event, only to receive another message more than an hour later saying that it was a mistake and that my answer was not selected?
I am really mad at AXN.
Also, some of the answers that won made me even more angry. The criteria was originality and one of the winners wrote "I would love to meet the actress Stana Katic personally for her good performance in Absentia" !!!
I've never been a bad looser but injustice really makes me angry.

Tycho, I already complaint and asked for an invitation, but it didn't work. They just apologized and said my answer wasn't chosen. What happened was that I had sent them a message asking about the results and when sending the messages to the winners they also sent it to me. Still, it was their mistake, so I think they should assume it and send an invitation. I really lost faith in AXN, not only because of their mistake but also for some of the answers that they chose. It made me question the transparency of the contest.  |

Good news! I received a message saying that I was a "back-up winner" (apparently one of the winners will not be able to attend), so I'll be there tonight!!!!! Thank you for your messages :-). I'm not sure if we will get to speak and take photos with Stana or just see her in stage, but I will try to send you photos . |
