I just saw a new writer has been named for the Castle team. His name is Robert Bella. His twitter name is @brooklynbella. He was commenting that his twitter followers have gone 4 times what they were before. I wonder if he has any idea what he is in for with the OCD fans lol. I know nothing about his writing or background. Maybe someone can look that up?

tycho, thank you so much for all you do and have done for this board. When the 12th said it was shutting down I was saddened. It seemed like familiar people were not post there anymore so it had changed but it was my "go to place" every morning. You can only imagine how happy I was when this board was created. In seven years I have not missed one episode so I guess you could say that I am truly a fan! Like the rest of the fandom, I am looking forward to season 8 and beyond. Thank you again for all your efforts.

I sent him a tweet welcoming him to the Castle family. I also said I couldn't wait to see his amazing writing. He favored my tweet.

It's interesting to me that he's done so much with theater and feature films but seemingly, no network series writing. I wonder what his motivation was to sign on for Castle. I have to believe the infusion of a new POV could be great.
