Hi All,
It looks like I'll have the opportunity to interview Patrick Heusinger, who plays Nick Durand, the lead actor opposite Stana's character, Emily Byrne on Absentia.
Amazon was also nice enough to send me the first four episodes to watch before the interview. I've just watched the premiere and I'm very intrigued. I actually can't wait to watch the next episode.
If anyone here has any questions you'd like me to ask Patrick, feel free to post them here and I will do my best to get your questions answered.

How exciting ProudTVJunkie!!! And I wish I could think of a good question....  ... the only thing that comes to mind right now is how did he prepare to play his character in light of the fact that he was married to two women...or something to that effect  ... I'm sure you can think of a better way to ask this. |

Since there are bound to be many fans of Castle tuning in to see Stana’s new show maybe ask
about how he was a guest star in an episode of Castle but didn’t get to have a scene with Stana?

I did not realize that!!!! Which ep? What a great question! Season 6 Episode 4 "Number one fan" He played the murderer who killer the #1 fan's boyfriend. |

Hi Everyone!
PTVJ - Congratulations not only on the opportunity to interview Patrick Heusinger but being able to see the first 4 episodes of Absentia! Lucky you! Is it that I have just missed them, or does Stana appear to be the only person being interviewed right now? Not complaining as if given the time and the right questions, Stana always gives an interesting interview.
I guess I would ask something like:
1. If he has seen the series (as some actors hate watching themselves) is he happy with the way Nick's character and story played out and ended? (I think that what actors think they have done and how it actually shows up on screen is sometimes very different?)
2. If there is a 2nd season, does he feel that Nick would still have something to contribute to the personal journey of the characters and would he return if asked?

I was finally able to interview Patrick this afternoon. An interesting man and talented actor who gave very thoughtful answers. We spoke for almost 40 minutes, so it's going to take me some time to transcribe and edit it all, but I should have it posted at TVFanatic.com in the next couple of days.
