Actually, any Tuna Noodle Casserole recipe and use crumbled French's Fried Onions as topping. Plus, real cold whole milk to drink. Oh yes, dessert should be Sour Cream and Raisin Pie.

That was 'welcome home' meal both times upon return from Vietnam in 1965 and 1970. Never want to see room temperature, canned 'recombined milk' again!! Getting home to my family was the best part. Their meal planning thoughtfulness was special. Even better, Dawn was always there planning something special. So, this meal is not the only reason we have been married more than 50 year.
