4x17 "Once Upon a Crime" A real live Princess on Castle

Little did they know that the person cast as the fairytale princess in this episode would actually become a princess in the future?

Meghan Markel plays the murderer in this episode. I loved that they kept us guessing for so long before the reveal after Castle noticed how the bow was tied.

Also in this episode is the actor who is Kelly in Chicago Fire. He was the guy the originally thought was the killer.

After we watched 4x17, we decided to rewatch the first 6 seasons of Castle as part of our summer viewing. We had started to forget what a truly well done and great show it was in those years. NOTHING today compares to what once was(IMO). The cast was superb together, all the little nuances and subtext, it all just went together so well and we miss that.  We counted the episodes and feel we can "get er done". LOL, I think I will reread all the Heat novels again just to make myself feel REALLY bad that it is all gone
